Contract details
The presentation of products in our online shop is not a legally binding offer but a non-binding online catalogue. By providing your personal data and hitting the button "Purchase" in the last step of the ordering process you place a binding order of the goods in your cart. The confirmation of your order is sent to you immediately by e-mail. This confirmation accomplishes the sales contract.
You can correct any mistakes in your order by hitting the back-button of your browser.
Your contract data are stored for at least 90 days and can be provided on request. The shopper is responsible for the long-term storage of his data.

Prices and shipping costs
All prices are displayed in Euro. Depending on your payment system the bill may be charged in a different currency, e.g. Dollar. In this case the total is converted at the daily rate to Euro.
As we offer only downloadable goods in this shop there are no shipping costs.
Shipping
All our products can only be obtained by download.
After successfull payment you receive an e-mail containg your individual download link. The maximum number of downloads is 10. You can download the products within 1 year. During that time support will be provided by e-mail.
Payment
You can make a payment via PayPal or by bank transfer.
Other payment methods (e.g. cash or invoice) are excluded.
Instructions on withdrawal
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
